Hi all,

On the mobile site front, I've done the main page, reports and feeds
(no pagination yet) [1], but before we move on I think we need to
discuss the requirements: whether we plan to have it used for entering
reports, to do admin, etc. Then we can establish the subset of
features we need from the main site (forms, maps, javascript, jquery)
and plan further.
