We are very happy to announce that Version 2.7 of SMSsync is now live -- packed with new features like Alerts, Message Results API and helpful bug fixes. 

With Alerts, you can quickly learn the status of your device running SMSsync by sending special shortcode SMSs to the device. For example, if you want to know how much battery life the device has, simply text @30to the device and you'll receive a text message back indicating the current battery level.

Alerts are a valuable way to interact with the device remotely, there a variety of special shortcodes to use check out Version 2.7 to explore them all.

In this release we've also added the Message Results API which allows SMSsync to send the status of sent messages to the server.
