Hey everyone,

Its been a couple of months since our last code update on 2.x. As you all know, we are just maintaining this version of the platform, in preparation for the new version of, dubbed Ushahidi v3, which is currently in Alpha. This means that we aren’t actively building in new features, but only doing bug fixes and taking in pull requests from our community. Today, we roll out yet another bug fix release, v2.7.2. Here’s a list of all closed tickets tagged under the 2.7.2 milestone on our github issues page.

Classic Crowdmap Update

We are doing a timed release. The Ushahidi platform has been updated with immediate effect. Classic Crowdmap, which uses the same code as Ushahidi platform will be updated to match to the new release by 29^th January, 2014.
