I am working with the Rwanda PHHS project as its Communications Advisor since June 2012. Our USAID-funded project will close in mid-June 2013, so I am networking to locate employment opportunities here in Rwanda and other African countries [part-time or full-time work within the area of communications planning or knowledge management].
I have experience dealing with USAID rules/regulations and communication procedures. My pertinent skills are project/program design and management; facilitation and training; organizational analysis and development; technical reporting and editing; and donor liaison.
