Hello,

We are building an Ushahidi instance to open up to engage citizens on the constitutional process in Libya. The current site under development is http://dostourlibya.com

We want to add a feature where citizens will use their smartphones to record a video and upload it to our ushahidi site. We found out that the feature is implemented for iPhones but not for android.

Is anybody working or interested on building this feature on the community?
