Hi all, I'm working on a urban design crowdsourcing project for Moscow, this will be my 10th Ushahidi project for urban design civic engagement.

Does anyone have experience with the costs and services for deploying 2-way SMS, in Moscow?
I see Clickatell has rates for Russia, but not for 2-way... http://www.clickatell.com/pricing-and-coverage/two-way-costs/
... I'm still searching around.

If anyone has any recent experience I'd love to know more!
