Hope you're all doing well. My name is Angela Oduor, the Community Developer Liaison at Ushahidi. My work over the next few months will involve improving our documentation, hosting technical events (online and in person), and increasing developer community support, which means, making life much easier for you, and other awesome community leaders like yourself :).

We need your help testing for v2.7b of the platform. As earlier stated, a code-freeze has been set in place for v2.7 of the platform, to give room for testing. Release has been scheduled for 30th April. We have tagged a 2.7b branch in github as the "beta release" -> https://github.com/ushahidi/Ushahidi_Web/tree/2.7b. You can download this code and test it from the 2.7b github branch.

Community testing: April 18 – 24, 2013.

Bug Fixing: April 24 – 26, 2013

Crowdmap upgrade to 2.7 code: April 27-29, 2013

Ushahidi 2.7 Code Release Date: April 30, 2013
