I want to make a site, which will give a people access to incidents in my country (Ukraine). 

I want to output incidents in 3 columns:

1) ordered by date

2) ordered by number of comments

3) ordered by category A

I can pay for this module. Requirements for module is simple, I can write them and send to somebody who want to write it.
