Hello.

Anybody know why utf8 emails are not going out? How is the encoding set on outbound emails, could that be postfix overriding the headers or something? 

I'm asking for Farid, I am helping with internationalization into Arabic. He has done a lot of great work already with U-shahid project in Egypt, and several Arabic deployments. 

If anyone wants to add some advice on this issue I would love to add you to our skype chat.
